Do I need to make an appointment for grooming or a bath?
Yes book in advance. We sometimes can not get your dog in day of.
Don’t you have shampoo that get the tangles out?
We do BUT only for small tangles. It doesn’t work for animals that have not been
regularly brushed. Or double coats that aren’t brushed properly.
Should I shave my double coated dog?
No, it is not recommended because there is always a risk of a coat not growing
back properly. Unfortunately without proper brushing it is sometimes necessary.
Will my dog be kept in a kennel the whole time they are there?
No unless they are in the drying process or they are requested to be put up, they
get to run around and play or sleep. We have doggie beds for them to sleep. We also
have water bowls. We do not feed them while they are here due to other dogs and
possible allergies.
Do yall dye dogs?
Yes we do. You have to schedule ahead of time and tell us what color(s) your
wanting and what areas your wanting dyed. Prices vary from $10 for ears and go up.
Your appointment must be a groom in order to get a dye job done.
Why does dyeing take so long?
Pets have to go through a particular step process of washing then fully drying
then dyeing then washing and drying again. Some cases we have to do it again which is
a long process. As dyeing takes a while your dog will be here most of the day.
Do I need to make an appointment for grooming?
We recommend booking in advance for full grooming. Walk-ins are welcome for quick trims.
Do you crate the dogs while they wait?
No. We follow an open floor policy — no crates, no kennels. Your pup is free to move, play, and relax.
